To Bill:
Although your "AudiWorld" response is noted, it may not be appreciated by the originator of the mail. My question to you is why would think the smoked tail lights make them "cheap" or "pimped out". The Hella tinted lights are not cheap at all $475 is the cheapest you can find them.

To Noah:
I recently purchased a set of the smoked corner markers off the German eBay and was not please with them, solely due to the fact I own silver S car. If your S car were a darker color, say green, as rare as that color is ;-), I would absolutely do it. Go to eBay.DE and look for auctions under the name "kfzteile24-de" or search for "SCHWARZE GRAUE BLINKER AUDI 100 C4". My sale went through relatively painlessly for an overseas/cross culture/foreign language sale.
IMHO, smoked fronts would not look right with out the Hella (A German brand!) tinted taillights. For the tail lights you can go to PUMA lighting at: <http://www.puma-access.com/>. $475 buys you a complete set.
