Hi Jr,
I just used the shiny silver stuff that sticks to
everything. Got it at Auto-no-zone. I cleaned out the
ball joint hole in the strut real good and applied
anti seize in the hole and on the outside of the
joint.
Don't want to start and anti seize debate here but,
since I live in a heavy salt area. Things rust up very
nicely. I use it quite liberally under the car. The
anti seize helped me get that joint apart later.
