When I say ajar, I mean the ever so slightest bit open, yet not fully open. Like when you close a door, and it does not close the whole way, but won't open with out using the latch. Catch my drift? Enough for maybe bugs to get in, but not rodents, but then again if they want to get in, they'll find a way ;-)
