[s-cars] Timing gears

When I did mine I rented tools from Force5.  http://www.force5auto.com.  
I can't remember what I paid to rent them, but it was reasonable and the 
kit had everything I needed to do the job.  I'll use Force5 again when I 
do my belt next time.
