Fred and all

Fred I hope you find a way to get some caster in your
car. The whole reason I'm getting the plates is to
hopefully get some caster and try to cure some or all
of the tramlining that curse these cars.

When stock I had -3/4s camber and I forget the caster.
When I did the H&Rs I also did the ECS plates, very
nice pieces, and when all was said and done I still
had -3/4s with the ECS plates so they work fine. But
I have caster numbers like Fred. I really think that
if we could get some caster the cars would just feel a
whole lot better.

I have a Hunter superduper alignment rack at work so I
get to play.
I think I'll need to reinstall the stock S4 upper
plates though. By the looks of things with the offset
the ECS plates give the whole strut, not just the
insert the 2B plate would actually sit down on the
sheet metal of the car and not right on top of the top
plate. I didn't describe that well but I think I've
got that right and that means pulling and stripping
teh struts down.

Oh well, as long as I get some caster in the end.

Neil
