[s-cars] Questions about ABS disable switch installation (paging Fred Munro...)

The ABS Off switch was available on the '92 S4 only, at least in the N. American market.  Not sure about European market.  I don't believe it's a simple plug and play, and would require some rewiring to retrofit.
