[s-cars] Hail Damage Repair

Comp claims do not raise your rates. If your repair requires body panel
replacement or painting, you're going to eat that 500 deductible right
up. Might as well use insurance. That's what it's there for. As for
the tickets, how old are they? Why haven't they found them already?
Check your driving record online (just search in a search engine).
Maybe they were the kind that never made it to your record. At any
rate, insurance will likely find your tickets eventually (they usually
run an MVR at renewal), so if the estimate is up there, just use your
insurance, take your lumps for the tickets, and don't get caught
speeding anymore. :-P
