Hi Rolf,

I'm just about to get my S6 lowered too. I purchased a set of Bilstein sport shocks from Evolution Sports, the cheapest online shocks I could find at $199 for fronts (BILP36-0369) and $185 for rears (BILB46-2006), plus they had free shipping. Went with the Eibach springs 1529.140. Of the online outlets only Tire Rack had them in stock and I got the last set (currently enroute to chez moi). Apparently a new batch is being made and should be available in July. Try www.lightningmotorsports.com for best price of $236 and free shipping - tho they didn't have it in stock.

Also consider changing CV boots (my car is currently off road with torn CV boot awaiting new suspension), wheel bearings, brake rotors if required and control arms, as these parts are all disassembled to replace suspension. www.ecstuning.com for parts except for control arms which I got from www.germanautoparts.com for $88.95 ea.

I changing rotors to ECS slotted and PBR pads.

I'm also watching the discussion on alignment.

Tony
