Cody impined: "Hey Guys...as Dave Forgie would say the "slippery slope"
is in full
effect....starting to look like a Water Park around here ;-).
Welcome to the party gents!
Cheers, Cody (Mr. Slippery Slope)"
Cody and S-gruppees: I done fell down the slip-parry slope and ah ken't
git up. Yup, I'm all RS2'd up real good now. Yeeee- haahhh!!. Dang its
fun! (Why hello, Mr. Officer, how are you today? No, I don't know how
fast I was going. Was I speeding? )
Thanks to TJM Motorsport (Tim and Randy) for the turbo (GP), Europrice
(Alex) for the EM (GP), ECS Tuning for the Samco's (GP), unnamed sources
for the elusive RS2 MAF and green injectors, Steve Eiche (and Feico
vander Laan) for the software and VMAP and Otto at Euro Otto Sport
(Vancouver area) for the wrenching services, Sean Douglas and Dave Loff
(for encouragement - more like a push at the top of the slope) and Bob
V. (for loaning his spare ECU). Makes me wonder why I didn't do it
before (I know why - its a lot of $$ and the Canadian dollar sucked big
time until just after Christmas when I committed to "the slope" - of
course the dollar continued to drop since then). Anyway, I am sure
there will be some issues to be dealt with but at least I know that.
Now, where are those $1000 vertical flow FMIC's and smart IC misters
systems hiding? / Dave F.
