I have a pair of turbonetics drain flanges that do the trick nicely.
They are tapped for 1/2" NPT so I usually use a 1/2NPT to -12 Male AN
adapter. $15/each for the flanges.

I've got plenty of -12 hose in my basement, so I would only need the 45
degree fittings (other listers mentioned that striaght from the turbo
and 1 45 on the block works well too).
