[s-cars] headlight problems

Actually, Brian, now that you mention it I used to have one on that. Part of
it is here http://www.urs4.com/technical/headlights.html#conversion on my
HID conversion but it doesn't have the details on the high beam relay setup.
I had a schematic on that somewhere as well - can't find either the write-up
or the schematic. Let me dig through my old files a bit - I wonder where
that went to..mumble, mutter....
