Evan,
Congrats on the new ride! Welcome to the empty wallet club ;-)
For your problem, my money is on the ignition switch. Next time you
experience the symptoms, try wiggling the key in the ignition and see if you
get any action.

S-Heads,
This is my first post to the list after recently purchasing a 1995 UrS6 from
Kent Anderson at KAR of MN. (Heres my car, if youre interested:
http://www.karquattro.com/html/0263.html).
Anyway, this is my first Audi and Im in love. Ill be attending the
Mihnea tuning session coming up in CT and Im sure that Ill be even more in
love when I add some power to it Slippery slope, here I come!
I do have a problem that has seemed to develop recently that it causing me
some concern Sometimes when I start the car up, the automatic climate
control computer does not spring to life, along with my power windows and
roof. Typically a reboot or two will fix it, shutting the car off,
waiting a few seconds and starting it back up. However, it seems to be
happening more frequently lately, now from once in a blue moon to several
times a week. There doesnt seem to be any kind of consistency to it, like
its not just first thing in the morning, or after it has been running for a
bit. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Evan
