[s-cars] Timing belt vs Gears vs Chain

Apologies if this has already been stated  - but AFAIK one of the major 
reasons for belts vs. chains is NOISE.

A belt is significantly quieter than a chain.

But it seems they are figuring out how to either
A) Make chains quieter
B) put more sound insulation under the hood so you don't hear it
