[s-cars] 1993 S4 ignition problem.

Hi,
I am trying to solve this ignition problem.  One of the 5 cylinder is not firing. I have replaced the direct ignition coil. Check the pair of wires for continuity.  Replaced the spark plug.  No positive result yet.
Has anyone experience something similar to this.
Please help.
