[s-cars] Fluttering sound when changing gears

Hi all,
I have recently noticed a "Fluttering" sound when I change gears, it is
defintely boost related and I have just started noticing it.  I have
not owned the car for long but I never noticed it before.  It sounds
like a staccato series of "phhhtt" as the turbo comes off boost during
gear changes.  Is this normal or do i have a leak somewhere?  does it
sound like a BPV failure or something.  TIA for any info
