[s-cars] Friday Night Drags at Mission Raceway (long)

What rpm did you launch at to get a 2.1 60' time? Any tricks of the
trade?

Yes, I think 370 HP at the crank is a little optimistic, I figure more
in the 350 HP range. I've seen dynos with similar setups and they were
in the 290-310 HP ATW range, which assuming a 15% loss back-calculates
to around 350 HP.

Last weekend I had a "run in" with a late model (2000+) Camaro SS
(manual trans) and from a standing start, I pulled 5 car lengths on him
by 4th gear. I think they are spec'd at either 305 or 320HP.

I hope to have it dyno'd later this year, as a local speed shop is
installing a 4 wheel dyno in Sept/Oct.
