[s-cars] Cruise Control issue

Hey all,

I have a new problem with my cruise.  It's working occasionally.  When 
it works it's normal.  When it doesn't work, I hear a clicking sound 
from over by the passenger side kick panel, like it's trying to set, but 
nothing happens.  It clicks every time I hit the set button, but it 
doesn't actually do anything.  This is a recent problem.  From the few 
days I've experienced it, it seems that in the morning (when it's 
colder) it works.  When I leave work (after the car has been baking in 
the sun) it doesn't.  After I drive the sun baked car with the A/C on or 
the windows down and it cools down inside, it starts working again.  I 
haven't paid enough attention to it to be sure this is what is 
happening.  It could still be random.  Anyone know what's over by the 
passenger side kick panel that has to do with the CC?  Anything that 
would be affected by hot and cold?
