[s-cars] Please Confirm UrS6 Brake Caliper Piston Sizes

Gents, 

 I am looking to replace my calipers on the US - Spec 1995.5 S6. I have the fronts as twin 45mm and rear as single 38mm (per UrS4.com)? Incidentally, what piston bore sizes are used on upgrade. I know there exists a C40+45( undesireable!) , Twin60-60 ( could be interesting.)...
