[s-cars] loss of power

Hi all,
 I have been experiencing a loss of power when going to WOT at or below 3000 
rpm. The boost climbs up to its usual 25-27psi and then a sudden half throttle 
feeling. Its like half of the power is just gone but the boost stays the same 
without dropping at all. Anyone had this happen? If I stand on it at 3500 or 
above there is no problem. Thanks for any help.
