Or we could employ old Rolls Royce club tactics of keeping 2-3 adds running at inflated prices, giving the public the notion that the adds were indeed going market rate, and cars were in fact changing hands occassionaly at those levels.
In reality it is a double edged sword cutting _both_ ways. Just because yours is worth less, also means you can buy another one for less and spend more on performance upgrades. Us bottom feeding URQ owners are sitting at the low end of the trough waiting (licking our chops) for the prices to drop low enough for us to cannablize all those lovely 20V S motors.
Just kidding- I love my S6 _and_ my 10V.
It is kind of sad.
