Cat says that the 1002331 is the right cam for a street car. The 1002303 is the fast road street cam, that can be used on a turbo motor but the lobe centers need to be changed to 113 from 112, they have adjustable gears on the intake and exhaust cam. You also need to check the valve stem seals to see if they are getting crushed by the valve spring retainer, when using the 1002303. I know of some nutball on the audiworld site that is planning on using the cams just up from the 1002303's, with those all bet's are off, custom springs, valves, retainers etc...
Euro spec cams at least these two are from CAT CAMS, they can be had for fairly cheap, Like probably cheaper for both cams than one RS2 exhaust cam.
I have the ECH109 2303. I had it cam doctored and it is basically the same profile intake and exhaust, cheap bastards.
The 109 2303 will work with stock springs, I measured it, with about 1.5mm of clearance before coil bind. They also say that this is the case if you talk to cat. But I never measure the valve to piston clearance. I am planning on putting them in the car at some point in time, as soon as this week, as late as never. They scare me a bit, and will be a pain to time.
If the 109 2303 wasn't so cheap I would have definitely bought the 1002331 from Cat.

Rich, I can't read the Swedish, but to me it looks like H.E. may be a
distributor for a lot of California based EuroSpec nee Overland parts stuff.
Compare Eurospec's info & parts list, at http://www.eurospecsport.com/ with
the parts, Carrillo Rods, JE pistons etc for stroker kits H. E. lists. I
wonder where they source their cams (? Kamaaxlar) from and if they provide
any more information as to what one might expect to gain or lose, or even if
their "4V 5CYL HYD W/GEAR" PN#'s 010028 & 010029 are supposed to be used
with in the turbocharged AAN, ABY or 3B motors?
What kind of a mark-up (or down) do you find crossing the pond +Swedish
import tariffs etc. cost?
