[s-cars] Pics of V1 Remote display integrated into IC

Rich,

My V1 is currently mounted above my mirror, and I use that volume
control. The mute pedal functions just like the mute button that was on
the remote display (removed due to shrink diaplay down). In fact you
canuse the mute pedal to change what mode you are in just like the mute
button on the actual V1. You could easily put a remote volume control
anywhere, but you would need to purchae Valentine's remote volume
control.

To install a remote mute (I used a pedal you can use any momentary
button), you need to tap into the black and yellow wires. I did this by
using a phone jack splitter, my mute pedal cable plugs in one side of
it and the display cable plugs into theother side.
