[s-cars] Passanger side mirror tilt - help

Don't forget, the passenger's side mirror has to be "selected" via the
controls in order to tilt while in reverse. If it isn't "selected" it
won't tilt.

Check and make sure you don't have the driver's mirror "selected", if
it is try selecting the passenger's side mirror.
