Tom,

I sent you off list the responses I got when I
asked this ? last month.  I found the pictures
from Miikka Solen to be very helpful, and also Bob
Myers' description is very good.  FYI, I used
toothpicks to hold open the two clips that Bob
mentions.  For the archives, these referenced
messages were from February 22, 2004.  One of
those things that you do once and never forget.

Now you know the secret handshake!
