[s-cars] More POS Failure Analysis

I've looked at this a little more and am backing off the overheating, at least in the case of my failure.

This photo was taken using the microscope.
You can see the break.
I'm told buy our component engineer that this is a classis bond wire failure due to a process problem when the bond wire was attached.

I'm very interested to know if this is how they are all failing.
