Steve:  I have all those and more.  A partial listing of what I have is

I now have maybe 10 more articles from Britian, S. Africa, Australia,
etc.

I always intended on developing a hyperlinked "CD" that I would make
available to the List for donations to Cancer Research (seriously) - but
I was concerned about the copyright police. Does anyone know whether
there is a statute of limitations on magazine articles that can't even
be purchased as back issues?

I now have access to a Canon 3200 colour laser printer that can also
directly scan to pdf. Hmmm. What to do???
