[s-cars] Speeding ticket technicality

Rich,

The date of the ticket might save you because you can prove you were
someplace else on that date.

Consult with an attorney, this won't be a do it yourself procedure, the
court may view it as a clerical error and just overlook it or allow the
officer to correct it.

If however you didn't respond to the ticket because you were not there
on that day and couldn't have received the ticket...when they finally
made you aware of it you would ask for a copy of the ticket and kindly
inform them there must have been some mistake...I was Ct. doing this
and here's my proof....

But I'd check with an attorney first.
