Oops. Scratch the following procedure for a 93 S4. It was for an RF
transmitter (not IR) that I had just done for a friend last week.

"The procedure is in your owners manual: Open door, hold one of the seat
memory buttons (let memory finished positioning seat/mirrors), hold key
button, release in reverse order."  IF IT IS AN "RF" TRANSMITTER !!
