When installing aftermarket chips, the wastegate spring is normally
cranked down about 6 turns, which prevents the wastegate from dumping
boost prematurely. No reason to replace the spring, that I know. Maybe,
for the extra $50, they just tell you to crank down the spring. :-)

TAP's upgrades haven't the most popular on the list. The hp figures are
a little optimistic. MTM or IA chips and 3 bar sensor are the ticket.
