Mike,

I might be oversimplifying things a bit, but if an
adapter flange were CNC'd (cough, cough, Trevor,
cough), it might be possible to do, no?  
Or perhaps cutting off the existing turbo flange and
attaching a GT30 flange?  
I believe the GT30 flange is the same as the old T4
flange.  Then all you need to do is fabricate the oil
and water lines and you're done.
