[s-cars] Need a good shop in the NY area to rebuild a head.

I currently have a 3B 20v head at Northern European.  Since the project
isn't finished yet, I can't really comment on anything other than Tim has
been nice to deal with.
I'm not really sure that they do the actual machine work.  They may sub that
out.
