[s-cars] Rear Brake caliper binding on

Noticed the right rear caliper is sticking on. Seems to happen when the car 
is hot or after its been parked a day or two with handbrake on (emergency 
brake)

Is their a caliper rebuild kit available?
or should i just back the handbrake adjuster back a few turns?
or is it less hassle to just get a new / reconditioned caliper?
