[s-cars] Wasn't the wife this time... it was the autoshop that scraped my bumper!!!

Glad to be back up on the list!  I've been out of the country for the 
last month so I had to unsubscribe for awhile...
Unfortunately, when I got back, I discovered my high pressure power 
steering hose was in need of repair.  I found a shop that manufactured 
me a new hose and all was well... until they backed the car off the 
lift.  They somehow managed to tear a hole into my front bumper cover!  
Now the shop is trying to set things right.  They tell me they would 
like to have a partner shop of theirs furbish a new bumper for me.  
Anyone had experience of this sort?  I'm including a link to a picture 
of the damage.  I'm open to all suggestions to make sure it gets done right.
