[s-cars] needle bearing source?

I may have buggered one of the needle bearings in my 3B throttle body when I was taking it apart. (don't ask)
It is not an orderable part from Audi, only the entire TB.
It seems that it is a non-standard size.  
ID    10mm
OD    15mm
length 15mm

Anyone know of a source to buy this animal?

There is a p/n on it, but I haven't been able to cross it to anything.
This is what is marked on the bearing:
