[s-cars] needle bearing source?

Mike, the bearing is made by INA (in South Africa most likely, that's what
IMO "ZA" stands for) and I guess that if you ask an INA bearings
distributor for that part number, you should be able to get one. I dunno if
you will but if you have no luck with INA in the US, let me know and I'll
see what I can do for you from this side of the pond.
