You have what are called "sports" in the US
The standard Bilstein valving is the same in the shorter "sports" or 
"sprint" strut as in the longer "HD" strut.

depending on the relaxed and compressed length of the stock spring, you may 
still be able to use your "sports"

Thats what Lee Levitt had stated
