[s-cars] Hesitation under full throttle

Yes this is exactly where mine had come undone.  Just remove that 
plastic guard that has the two big plastic screws holding it on in the 
back of the engine compartment.  The moisture trap is under there.  
Check the hose on both sides.  I had to super glue mine in the end 
because it kept coming off.
