[s-cars] Tuning review - Mihnea's software & RS2ing an urS6

Last Memorial Day weekend, I was able to do about 25mpg running a
near-constant 85mph in my 200q20v running 255/40R17 tires for a
1000 mile round trip. The speed and the rpms don't seem to affect
mileage so much as how much you have to get into the boost.

Thanks for the report.  I'm amazed that you averaged a bit over 24 mpg @
85-90 mph.  That's great.  I'm lucky to see 24 mpg averaging the speed
limit (70 mph) with my well maintained 93 S4.
