[s-cars] HID Bulb conversion Questions, again...

OK, i've been looking into converting the low beam 9006 on my 94 S4 to HID,
but the biggest (and really only) issue that comes up is gutting the 9006
bulb and molding the DS2 HID bulb to the 9006 base. Alignment is apparenetly
ultra critical! I'd hate to take a chance on ruining an expensive HID bulb
on guessing where the alignment should be. First, is there anyone who knows
100% for sure how it's done? Or is there someone who does this mod and sells
them? I know that one is no longer allowed to sell HID conversion kits, by
law, but someone i'm sure knows how to make the bulbs fit and work. Second,
is there a particular type of epoxy that is used to mold everything
together? TIA
