[s-cars] BIRA Sys3 Brake Line Length

Hey there!

The BIRA system 3 requires 16" long lines in the front.

Incidentally, if you need a source, I've got a guy who can supply them for 
something like 130-135 a set (4 lines). Takes about 4 weeks per set, as they 
take a custom set of connectors. Email me off-list if you're interested.
