[s-cars] Samco Hose GP Stalled!! We need more participants

S-gruppees:  Related to the RS2 Turbo GP and the RS2 EM GP that ran a
few weeks ago, there is also a separate Samco hose GP going on (not
closed yet).  The Samco GP is through ECS Tuning.  There was some
momentum with this GP earlier but it seems to have stalled at 12 sets.
ECS wants more (say 20?) before they will go ahead with the GP order and
get us a deeper discount. (Their normal internet C4 20Vt hose set
pricing is about US$360 (about US$395 as individual pieces)).

This is the only hose set that is reliable enough to use with a higher
boost RS2 (or other upgraded turbo) system.  Even if  you are going to a
Stage 1 chip set, its a good idea.  For "bling" the GP colors are Darth
Vader black, in-your-face Red and outstanding Blue.  (No, lavish
Lavender is not available this time - too rice)
