In the US, the 1991 200 20v and the early 1991-1992 V8s had the UFO brakes.
In Europe some of the early 1992 S4s also came with UFOs

In certain cases where owners complained about brake shimmy under braking, 
Audi replaced the front struts (hubs are different on the UFO cars), G60 
calipers and rotors.

The downside is that the G60 brakes & rotors have less swept brake area 
than the UFOs...which means that in the even heavier C4 chassis ur S4& S6, 
the cars are even more _under_ braked -

Only real option for C4 chassis owners is bigger brakes/better calipers
ala Bira, Movit, etc
