[s-cars] Oil Plug removal -> Dynamite required

I am just attempting to do my first oil change on my 93 S4.  Fumoto in
hand, I just wanted to get the old plug out.  

Plug looks like mint - it has never been touched - Hmm.  Car has 140,000
miles and the previous owner did all maintenance at Carousel Audi in MN.
Plug must come out real easy.   Oops I guess not maybe its welded in.
One wrecked wrench and one rounded plug later I am ready to head out for
some stronger medicine.
 
The lack of previous damage to the plug makes me think that the oil has
been changed from the top.  Is this common with this motor??

Any suggestions about getting the old plug out?  Thanks....
