If it is just the CD changer...I am sorry but it isn't rare. The
changers were used in many Audi cars, in fact there are alot of Sony CD
changers that can be used in place. The changer is the easy to get part
the transceiver aka "silver box" is the rare piece. You can go on Ebay
and buy a changer for $30-$50

IF it's the transceiver that you have it is absolutely needed and is
rare, and the market will determine if the price is fair.
