[s-cars] Spark Plug Torque (was: Oil plug and dynamite)

There is a tool once used for the springs on 60s American car headlight
assemblies that greatly eases the pain associated with Audi's air filter
box clamps.  It looks like an awl but the end is curled into a hook.  I
believe Snap-On sells something similar for whatever they are used for
today.  You probably could make something similar with a rugged
coat-hanger wire.
