[s-cars] Wheels on ebay?

I'm looking for a new set of 17" wheels for my (yet to be purchased) summer
tires.   There are a few sellers on ebay offering supposedly new wheel sets for
substantially less than I've seen elsewhere.  What's the deal with these
ebay wheels?   Why are they so much cheaper?  Anybody here bought from
these guys before?
