[s-cars] Trim Plate under left A/C vent

I always assumed it was to clean things out being spring loaded and all.
I dropped something down the top vent and it was invaluable getting it
out.  However the same plate doesn't appear on the other side, so that
theory may be hooey.

Igor:  Thanks.  Armed with your info, I went to my car at lunch and
pulled down harder on that plate (knowing that I wasn't going to break
it).  I heard and saw the springs (but didn't take it out).  I'll wait
until I get home for that.

I still wonder what the blanking plate is "blanking" (e.g. my diesel
idea or ??)
