[s-cars] License Plate Part

They are called speed nuts.  I grabbed a couple from a wrecked 5000 that
were in pristine shape.

So the screws rusted out for the rear license plate holder: I went to
change
my rear plates and had to literally break 2 of the screws off the
bracket to
get the new one on.  Anyone have any idea what the part is called or a
part
number even?
