I guess I have never had anything but good dealings with Prestige, I can't
say the same thing for MacDonald.

I wonder if Audi (or which, if any, of the other car manufactures for
that matter) ever thinks, or perhaps does run a "troll" program to poll
the worldwide web for what people online are thinking or saying about
their product and, maybe more importantly, aftermarket dealer service.

Dennis voices what seems to be a common and frequently expressed feeling
of frustration with "local" service providers. Personally, I've
somewhat the same feeling about the McDonald Group ~ not as much contact
with the "other" Denver area provider, Prestige; and, somewhat to my
surprize based on earlier prejudices, but only based on the service
mangager for parts, I've had a very pleasant experience with Stamler in
Boulder.

Dennis, I think this post should be passed along to Audi NA if only just
for their files.

Mike
