[s-cars] Fuel Economy Problem / Question

I recently had a bunch o' problems with my S6.  First it needed exhaust
which cost about $1,000,000, then it was discovered that it had some intake
inlet valve stuck and something wrong with the wastegate that made the turbo
run funny.   I also noticed that my tank was empty after less than 200
miles.    After it was all fixed, it now gets normal gas mileage again.   I
think the problem started with plugged catalytic converters and just got
worse from there.   If it sucks up gas, something is wrong.
